General shipping information 

We aim to have all orders shipped within the first 2 business days after your order has been received unless of course we have run into inventory issues. We do our best to keep a clean record to avoid any of these issues but if by chance your order is affected by this we will notify you right away to inform you of any delays we may experience with shipping your order.

Once shipped you will receive a confirmation with details of your order including any tracking or estimated delivery times with your  notification. However, since we do not control what happens with your order once it's in the hand of the shipper, we cannot guarantee delivery times.

Lost or stolen packages & incorrect addresses

We are not responsible for covering duties or charges that may be incurred in the shipping process.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages shipped to the wrong address. Please double check to ensure your information is correct before placing the order. 

If you are a stoner, like us, and swear you double checked your information before placing the order but you still mixed some information up, please contact us immediately so we can adjust the information you provided. That being said, if your order is already with the shipper we suggest contacting your local postal carrier to track it down. We will not re-ship any order due to an incorrect address.

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact Canada Post or your regions postal service to file a claim.
